For technical internship, the sending organization takes a lot of money from the trainee. Therefore, in order to eliminate the sending organization, a new status of residence called “specifiec skilled worker” was created to enable direct employment from April 2019 .
Although, the bilateral agreement went smoothly, but in the end, some countries don’t adopt the system without sending organization. They didn’t understand Japanese thoughts.
