2年間通った歯医者Xで、3カ月に1回メンテナンスに通っていたのに2年の間に歯がボロボロになった。

何のためにメンテに通っていたのか？　その歯医者にはもう行きたくないので別の所を探した。 歯医者を探すのは難しい。Netで歯医者の口コミは件数も信頼できそうな口コミも少ない。それでも良さそうな歯医者を探してA医院に行ってみた。が、うちではできない、というのみ。しょうがないのでもう1か所探し、B医院に行った。Ｂ医院は町医者では難しいと、大学病院への紹介状を書いてくれた。

実際に行ってみてB医院の対応に助かったが、Ａ医院は次どうすれば良いのか、全くわからずストレスだった。

行政書士も同じだと思う。いくつかの事務所に聞いたが、どこも言うことが違うので何を信じれば良いかわからない、と言うお客様がいる。

先入観でお客様の話をきちんと受け止められなかったり、言葉足らずでこちらの意図が伝わらなかったり、経験値が少なかったり。

Ａ医院の先生も技術は高いのに、言葉が足りなかったのだと思う。当事務所の場合、お客様は不安が高じて相談にいらしているので、①なるべく早く相談にのる　は実践しているが、②当事務所でできないときは次のステップを案内する　③日本語ができるお客様でも全てを理解しているとは限らないので何回か確認する　ことを徹底したいと思った。

懲戒請求されている行政書士は東京都の場合、こちらで確認できる。許可がおりないような案件もできると言って高額な報酬で請け負ったりする人も中にはいるので、参考にしてほしい。

入管の申請は時間がかかる。認定の経営管理なんて6~8カ月かかっている。日本にいる外国人、来たい外国人が増えているので申請件数が増えるのはしょうがないが、入管の職員は外国人増より低い比率でしか増員していないようで、申請に時間がかかるようになった。

中国のお客様に聞くと地方にもたくさんあるそうだ。嫌じゃないですか？と聞くと、悪人が悪いことできなくて良い。当たりやも強盗も減ったとのこと。確かに2018年1年でコンサート会場で犯罪容疑者や指名手配者が60人以上捕まった、彼らは捕まるかもと思ったが観に行きたい気持ちの方が強かった、という ニュースに苦笑してしまったけど。

でも自分がいつどこにいるかいつも把握されているんですよ！と問うと、中国ではPrivacyそんなに気にしないよ。窓もカーテンも開けっぱなしで道行く人に見られても気にしないと。

外国人に聞くと日本の良いところに治安の良さがベスト3に入る。Privacyを守りつつ安全も機能する日本が続くと良いのだが。

技能実習は送出機関が実習生から高額なお金を取っている。そこで送出機関を排除するために新しく「特定技能」という在留資格を作り、直接雇用を可能にした。。。

はずだが、二国間協定はスムーズにいったものの、結局送出機関のようなものを通さないと採用ができない国がチラホラ。日本の思惑は通じなかったのね。 技能実習と同じ送出機関 を使うかどうかは不明ですが、労働者を守るという建前と既得権益を守る本音がすけてみえます。
